Oil and gas gathering and transferring system is one of the most important foundation of petroleum engineering, it’s investment is huge, and it’s operating cost is high. It can save energy of our country and promote the beneficial efficiency in enterprises to optimize the oil and gas gathering and transferring system. In this text, optimization software is compiled suitable for gathering and transportation system of infilling wells in old oil field and rolling development, using the optimization algorithm. Combined with the instance, this text analyzes the influence of different factors for optimization results based on a large amount of calculation.Optimization of gathering and transportation system of infilling wells in old oil field is more complex than it of new oil field. It not only constraint by existing layout, but also by pressure and flow balance between nodes. Determine the number of groups of infilling wells according to the number of existing station, determine the subordinate relations of infilling wells by weight, then optimize the layout and the parameter.In rolling development, each phase of the project is based on the basis of previous phase of the project, the first phase of the project is different from the later project, it can be seen as optimization of new oil field, the later phase of the project needed to consider the existing layout and the relation between new phase of project and earlier project. Rolling development including optimization of station and optimization of pipe network mainly.Compiling optimization software by C#, according to the data from site investigation, use Access database to establish the database of existing stations, existing wells, existing connection relationships and operation parameters of pipe network. Using the software compiled to calculate the wells, analyze the influence factor, such as gathering radius, Wellhead back pressure, production, Infilling well location, make sure these factors how to impact the result of gathering system optimization, thus get the best design parameters.Calculate a oil field by the software, the best maximum limit wellhead back pressure is 2.5 MPa, the best infill well production is 15t/d; the best gathering radiuses of the first three phase in scrolling development zone are 3km, 2km and 2km.
