Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant Upgrading Of Technology In Northwest Area

Along with the rapid development of economy and develop-the-west strategy steadily improved, people’s livelihood has improved significantly,producing the amount of wastewater and pollution load increased. Due to low water resources per capita and varies distribution on space and time seriously,countries attach great importance to protection of water resources, as an important content in ecological civilization construction, Ministry of Environmental Protection and other departments formulate 《 water pollution prevention plan of action 》, it forwards more demands in governing water pollution. The area of northwest is siuated the inland, surface water body is dominated by drain, mostly water in drain is from municipal sewage treatment plant, it is important to water environment treatment of drain by plant upgrading.Ningxia has printed water pollution prevention scheme, requested the year in end of 2017, all sewage treatment plants realize the level of A in 《discharge standard of pollutants of municipal sewage treatment plant》(GB18918-2002).At present, sewage treatment plants can not reach this level standard largely.This paper analyzes the operation of a sewage treatment plant which is in northwest,concerns the questions in technological selection in sewage treatment plants upgrading. By means of comparison and selection of technology craft and scheme, determining to adopt the craft of “preprocess+anareobic pool+Carrousel oxidation ditch+secondary sedimentation tank+middle ascension pump room+high efficiency settler+rotary fibre disk filtration+contact disinfecting” to deal with wasterwater and “ravity thickening+belt dewatering” to handle sewage to realize the level A standard. In accordance to detecting the water quality dealed with the upgrading, six main pollutants’ concentration reach the emission standard of level A, the removal rate of pollutant improved greatly than before,the effect of upgrading obviously.
