In this paper, based on the research of the deflagration principles of engine and the damage mechanism of antiknock of anti-explosion and gasoline engine, sums up the types of the excellent antiknock, combined with the current requirements of environmental protection at the same time, the research and development for two kind of new environmental protection dope,through the application experiment proved its good performance.Create a variety of mannich type compounds, and optimizing the 2 kinds of non-metallic antiknock efficient gasoline, with a phenol, formaldehyde and divinyl three amine and triethylene tetramine as raw material under the effect of catalyst synthesis the antiknock performance better. Through the experiment, the mole ratio of raw material, reaction time and reaction temperature influencing on the yield of the product, the optimum reaction conditions for: adjacent a phenol: triethylene tetramine, formaldehyde mole ratio of 1:2. 2-0. 0, the reaction time is 3 h, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃,the product yield can reach more than 90%.Using one bath two step reaction respectively synthesized methoxy isobutyric acid different heptyl ester and methoxy isobutyric acid heptyl ester,experiment to investigate the alcohol ester mole ratio, catalyst and inhibitor,reaction time and reaction temperature influencing on the yield of the product,the optimum reaction conditions as follows: the reaction time of 5 h,hydroquinone dosage was 0.15 wt %, dosage of sodium methoxide as 15 wt %,alcohol ester mole ratio was 1.5:1, the reaction temperature 70 ℃respectively, the yield of product above 85%.Experimental results show: adding 2% and 5% respectively in hydrogenated gasoline preparation of the above two types of gasoline antiknock,anti-explosion effect increased 2 ~ 3.5 points.In 93 # adding 5 wt % of finished gasoline gasoline antiknock above, in addition to the octane number increase, the distillation range, corrosion and oxidation stability and performance quality indexes related to no effect, can satisfy the requirements of motor gasoline in general.Experiments prove that this study synthesis antiknock, anti-explosion effect is good.No fatal, serious and general fault 400 hour reliability test process,inspection of the friction wear normal disintegration, reliability experiment,the performance of the engine is reduced, the performance deterioration rate is lower than the standard provisions of the state.Methods of chemical test with reference to the national environmental protection bureau criterion to test and evaluate the antiknock this study in the toxicity and safety of the organism, the results showed that the dope of the present study, the algae have a certain security.
