| With the improvement of people's lives, the consumption of all kinds of civil and industrial textiles increses quickly, espcially in the demands of different forms of Fabrics for furnishings. At the same time, however, since the material of textiles is basically impossible to defend fire, textiles can easily to cause disaster if they meet fire. The study in this paper is focusd on manufacturing new environmental and flame-retarded textile by using the BL-Environmental Friendly Flame Retardant, and has finally obtained an ideal result. Directly using the scientific instrumentality to manufacture such textiles is not only a new technological innovation and practice, but it can give human, industry and even the whole society a wealthy contribution. The new textile that is going to bring large social and economical benefits in the future will also widen a newly applied prospect of Fabrics for furnishings and make up the deficiency of current textile manufacture. As a result, this study has its important theoretical value and practical meaning.The study on this paper will have three main steps: first of all, after referring, absorbing and digesting foreign technologies in which giving them some ameliorations, we obtained the BL-Environmental Friendly Flame Retardant applied in the textiles and had three textiles (randomly selected) uesd as examples for research.. Secondly, by utilizing Orthogonal Experimental Design and Sigle Factor Experiment and some instrument like Oxygen Index Apparatus, Falling-pendulum Apparatus, Fabric-lacerate Apparatus, etc., for the interralated experiment and measures; at last, through the anlysis and resarch of textile market, the result showed that the improved BL-Environmental Friendly Flame Retardant could apply in textiles. We had concluded that the better concentration of BL-Environmental Friendly Flame Retardant was 15% (used the Retardant on cotton textile), 30% (used the Retardant on No.1 Terylene cotton textile) and 25% (used the Retardant on No.2 Terylene cotton textile). In addition to keep the textile a relatively good hand feeling and under the conditon of strong tearing, the flame experiment had the ideal result on the flame-retardant test. The test results had entirely rearched rank B of The National Quaility Standard. BL-Environmental Friendly Flame Retardant and BL-Environmental Friendly Flame Retardant textile will have huge economic benefits and a wide market outlook. |
