| The content of this paper is an important part of the major science and technology projects of Shanxi province, ―Development of IoT based Monitoring and Life Management System for Coal Equipments‖(No.20131101029). The project takes coal equipments as study targets, realize the monitoring, assessment, fault warning and protecting, remaining use life predicting and fault analyzing by the science of IoT, sensor, information fusion, information mining and network communication, realize optimal management and dynamic tracking. This paper takes belt conveyor as study target.As the main equipment of coal mine transportation, belt conveyor has a daunting task, any breakdown will lead to a halt of production. At present, the belt conveyor management of domestic coal mine is only restricted to many common bugs, can not achieve the goal of full awareness and condition-based maintenance, the application of the Io T is rarely mentioned.Moreover, some demestic coal mine are employ the full life cycle management system, but, these systems are only used in the equipment parameter labor management, do not possess the power of remaining useful life prediction. So, it is very essentialt to develop a IoT based monitoring and life management system for the belt conveyor.In this paper, in an overrall analysis of belt conveyor and international and our country’s papers, three-tier architecture was constructed, a IoT based monitoring and life management system frame for the belt conveyor was put forward.Based on the content of Io T and mine environment, Zigbee module, the circuit of high frequency signal acquisution and CAN-bus communication circuit were designed, Io T based wireless sensor network was set up, utility software was developed.Aimed at the structural complexity and long distance of belt conveyor, this paper adopts the design of life management algorithm way of from local to whole. Firstly, realizing the life management of motor, gearbox, roller, carrier roller and belt, secondly, fusing the above mentioned results by AHP, lastly, achieving the goal of life management for the belt conveyor. |
