Water shutoff is an important water control and oil stablization measure in the later development period of domestic oilfields. After oilfield enters into the high water sut stage, multi-round water shutoff can effectively reverse channeling of water flooding in order to improve the development results. The current research of the multi-round water shutoff is unsure of the mechanism of the fluid diversion under different conditions and pluggings. Therefore, the design of multi-round water shutoff is not clear, blocking position can not be certain, pharmaceutical usage waste, and the plugging effect decreasing gradually. In oreder to solve these problems, this paper will carry out the study on technique of water shutoff agent targeted delivery.Firstly, on the basis of formation plugging mechanism after water shutoff agent targeted delivery, the traditional black oil numerical model will be improved by means of applying osmotic mechanical theory and related meathematical methods: the mathematical model of water shutoff agent targeted delivery will be established, and will use the appropriate numerical methods to do the solution design. Then, the numerical model solution procedure will be compiled by means of Fortran language, and the geologic modeling will be compiled in MATLAB GUI. And the analysis and integration of resevior advantage channel will be done. The design of water shutoff agent targeted delivery, the software interface before and after the numerical simulation, stable software operation, complete function, friendly interface, and the design optimization of rapid water shutoff integration will be achieved. Secondly, on the basis of software development, the geologic development and related material of Gudong oilfield will be analyzed, and the model procedure will be designed aiming at the rhythmic of Gudong resevior oilfiled, bad osmatic, the development condition of advantage channels, oilfield into high water cut stage. According to the research, it is said that the aforementioned factos will have great regular influence on water shutoff effect. Then, the thick layer of Gudong oilfield flooding model will be calssifified. For the formation of different flooding models, the optimization study of water shutoff will be carried out. The flow turning and tapping oil mechanism will be analyzed under different flooding conditions, and the increase intake of oil and decrease of water will be compared under different blocking conditions, and the position will be optimized.The numerical model system of water shutoff agent targeted delivery will provide a set of rapid and effective solution for the measure design and optimization of Gudong oilfield, and do the optimization design of targeted delivery numerical model for five injectio-production wells of seven districts of Gudong oilfields. Accoding to the results, the method is resonable, reliable, practical with bright prospects. |
