This is due to many years of mining, underground reservoir pressure decreases, and the water content increases, therefore needs to be washed by acidification and fracturing, well, down hole production operations to increase production. In this series of underground work, need packer to implementation, so the packer has important significance in the research and production. At the same time, more and more bad working condition of extreme packer heat resistance, compression, the sealing performance and service life have higher requirements.First, this paper is detailed to introduce the development of the situation at home and abroad,the structure and classification of packers. And second are the principles of its design theory. On these theoretical foundations, it processes a design calculation for the Y211-114-packer at a first step.Basing the packer parameter and the setting load which are got in the preliminary design calculation, making use of the finite analysis software Ansys 12.0, this article make the accurately static analysis to the important parts and spares of the packer, getting the their displacement count and stress count, proceeding the design verification to the packer. Finally making use of the software SolidWorks 2010, the paper perfects the stereoscopic drawings and part drawings of the packer, and gets the final design scheme of the Y211-114-packer.Basing on the above theoretical analysis and model design, through the optimizing design of the Y211-114 packer, improving a high-performance integrated packer to a certain extent, improving the life of packers, having a certain guide for the the actual field operations.
