Study And Application Of Cleaning And Preventing Salt Technology In Oil Well

Wen dong inter-salt oil reservoir, in Wen Liu oil field, is typical salt production reservoir. Wen dong inter-salt well is located between wen 9 gypsum-salt and wen 23 gypsum-salt, due to the super saline lake sedimentary face and the development of water flooding, oil wells have a serious problem of salt precipitation. The general ways to deal with salt precipitation in oil well is water cleaning and adding salt inhibitor. However, these general ways cause a long period of drainage and formation damage in the late stage of oil field development. To solve these problems, conduct research of mechanism of salt precipitation of Wen dong oil field. Based on literal review of salt precipitation mechanism and salt cleaning technologies, by means of laboratory study of theoretical simulation, systemically studied of oil well salt precipitation mechanism and rules, developed new type of salt prevention agent. Meanwhile, conducted research of salt prevention technology in ground, wellbore and near borehole zone, fully improved the level of oil well salt prevention, gradually groped technology suitable to Wen dong oil reservoir. This technique has been applied in field over 30 times and accumulated oil production increased 6316.3t. Good effect achieved by field application indicates this technique is a promising technique for Wen dong inter-salt oil reservoir.
