| As the main raw material supply equipment of blast furnace iron making, the sintering machine is very important with the development of the steel industry. In recent years, the development of sintering equipment towards automation, energy saving and environmental protection, however, its poor work conditions have not been fundamentally improved, which caused several problems such as instability and the air leakage rate increases, and this directly affects output and quality of the Sinter. Therefore, this paper studies the problems in the traditional sintering machine.Firstly, this paper introduces the main structure and design parameters of the odd numbered sintering machine, and compare the different between the odd number of teeth and the even number of teeth. Through the analysis of the force of a single vehicle, we find out the thrust range to make the trolley not be arched. Analysis the reason for the fluctuation of the speed of the trolley. Establish the 3D model of 430m2 sintering machine, and then make a dynamic simulation for its mechanical system to verify the correctness of the mechanical reason causes the pallet arching and the feasibility of the application of the hydraulic resistance torque loading device to solve the arch.Secondly, to solve the velocity fluctuation caused by the angular fluctuation of rear sprocket wheel, we put forward to absorb shock by installing rotary damper on the sprocket wheel shaft. Study the dampening properties of the magnetic fluid rotary damper, carry out simulation on the main shaft equiped with rotary damper. According to the need of installation, we also redesign the rear sprocket wheel shaft.At last, analyse the reason caused trolley creep, solve the influence of the deformation under mechanical load, temperature field and coupling field. According to the data of QT450-10, the creep model is established, and then apply mechanical load and temperature on it as the boundary condition. Simulate the deformation of main beam creep and compared with the failed trolley, this proved the creep is the main reason cause the trolley dented. |
