In recent years, with the rapid rise of the domestic and international nuclear power,large-scale hydro, wind generators and other machinery makes the demand for high-power planetary gear reducer on the market is growing, but it is in large Hardened planetary reduction gear ring important core machine parts. The large ring gear grinding Hardened remains a technical difficulty, the someone based on worm wheel grinding method design the spherical worm wheel grinding machine but only at the prototype stage.Spindle system is good or bad their health is an important component of machine tools directly related to the machining accuracy is good or bad. In this paper, spherical worm wheel grinding machine based on its spindle and wheel structure for further design and dynamic characteristics of rotating spindle accuracy and conduct research. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Analysis of the structure of the program’s original grinding its original structure of the program deficiencies improved.
