Worm grinding wheel grinding machine is the main equipment in small and medium modulus gear batch precision machining.On-machine measurement system is mainly used in the individual error detection for gear pitch,tooth profile and tooth.The test results can effectively guide the field processing of the gear,which has an important effect on improving the grinding accuracy.On-machine measurement system is affected by the geometric accuracy of worm wheel grinding machine.There is a center gap when compared with the professional off-line gear measurement center.To this end,this paper has carried on the geometric error research and the analysis of worm wheel grinding machine.There is theoretical significance and engineering application value to improve the accuracy of machine measurement system and improve the quality of gear processing.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)Combined with the characteristics of worm wheel grinding machine system,the working principle of worm grinding machine in machine measurement system is analyzed.Firstly,the mechanical structure of the on-machine measurement system and principle of the probe system are analyzed.Then,the interaction mode between the machine measurement system and the numerical control system is analyzed.Finally,the problems in the measurement path planning of the machine measurement system are discussed.The probe touch measurement path of C-axis rotation as the main movement of are designed.(2)The geometric error modeling and analysis of the on-machine measuring system of the grinding machine was carried out.Modeling the on-machine measurement system with multi-body system theory.The on-machine measurement system is simplified into a multi-body system,and the pose change matrix of each adjacent body is deduced.According to the characteristics of the on-line measurement system,the model is simplified and the simplified model of the three-error of tooth pitch,tooth profile and helix is got.The C-axis rotation error,X-axis and Z-axis positioning error are proposed as the main research object.(3)A method of error compensation for on-machine measurement system based on standard gear detection is proposed.Firstly,the model of the standard gear detection method is analyzed.According to the error of the pitch error,the rotation error model of C axis is obtained.The position error model of X axis and Z axis is obtained according to tooth profile and tooth error.Then,the error compensation method based on the NC program modification is determined,and the X-axis and Z-axis coordinate compensation are performed by the NC program modification method(4)The experiment of standard gear detection is conducted.Compared the test results of the on-machine measurement system and gear measurement center,the correctness and validity of the method is demonstrated.
