The Mechanics Research And Drawing Of Tubing String Combination

Though collecting and collating the data on mechanics analyzing and calculating tubing string in the down hold, this paper mainly develops the design about the mechanics research of tubing string combination, mainly establishes mechanics analyzing models on the static axial rating of tubing string. At the same time, it mainly analyzes the transmutations of piston effect、temperature effect、expansion effect、helical buckling effect in the model of tubing. Though the analysis and research on the lifting of the tubing string, three –dimensional “soft string ” model was set. It also can calculate the lifting force of tubing string. Through the geometric position of the relationship between the down hole tool and the string, the paper design the theory about if the tools could arrive the designated spot.Because of the string combination schemes need of underground construction work at present is great, but the traditional graphics will take up a lot of time, and its process is tedious, and domestic oil well tubing string drawing software is relative deficient. In this article, therefore, it conduct the thorough research on the oil well tubing string and related technology, on the basis of using computer technology to oil well tubing string visualization are studied, develops a simple and convenient software.Though Finite element analysis software "ANSYS", this paper make analysis about the deformation and strain of typical down hole tools, packer, when the packer is setting process and when the applied load was analyzed, because the deformation of these factors will affect the down-hole string combination.On the basis of theoretical research, for the convenience of calculation and analysis, the software mechanics research and drawing of tubing string combination was developed written in Visual Basic language. Software includes three modules: the down-hole string combination mechanics analysis module, the down hole tubing string combination graphics module and conventional query module.
