With the exploitation and the use of the oil and gas, the storability of the conventional oil and gas has been turning down. The unconventional oil and gas resources play a more role in the exploitation of oil and gas nowadays. However, research into both fractured and heavy oil reservoir is limited. So studies on the different development methods in fractured heavy oil reservoir are a matter of great significance. The paper uses fractured full diameter carbonate core to study the different development methods, based on the stress sensitive property. These researches include the experiments of natural drive, hot water drive, steam huff and puff and steam drive. We study how the different factors affect the different development methods, such as different fracture width, different fracture morphology, different input speed and different total injection volume. We can see that, for the natural drive, the interval recovery will increase after the pressure is lower than the bubble point. The recovery will increase while fracture width increase. The value of the recovery is: horizontal fracture > dipping fracture > vertical fracture. For the hot water drive, while fracture width increase, the recovery will decrease, the pressure will decrease, water breakthrough will be shorter. The value of the recovery is: vertical fracture > dipping fracture > horizontal fracture. The value of the pressure is: vertical fracture > dipping fracture > horizontal fracture. The time of water breakthrough is: horizontal fracture < dipping fracture < vertical fracture. There is a best injection rate in which the recovery is best. For the steam huff and puff, while the cycle of production increases, the interval recovery will increase first and then decrease slowly. While the total injection volume increases, the recovery will increase. While the fracture width increases, the recovery will increase. The value of the recovery is: horizontal fracture > dipping fracture > vertical fracture. For the steam drive, while the fracture width increases, the recovery will decrease and the pressure will decrease. The value of the recovery is: vertical fracture > dipping fracture > horizontal fracture. The value of the pressure is: vertical fracture > dipping fracture > horizontal fracture. There is a best injection rate in which the recovery is best.
