Research On The Logical Relationships Of Making Schedules On Pipeline Projects

As the global demand for oil and natural gas is increasing rapidly, and the ongoing development of the oil and gas field and storage and transportation structure, the construction of oil and gas pipeline has entered a new round of boom. Thus brings a new opportunity for the pipeline industry.Pipeline project has a relatively long construction cycle and multiple procedures, thus make the logical relationships easily lead to chaos while making the progress schedule, which leads to a set of drawbacks for progress control. This paper collected the project schedule data from several different pipeline projects, sorting out the unreasonable logical structure from the pre-construction stage, definition stage, implementation stage and acceptance stages of these projects, then provide rectification program and reasonable solutions. Rectification program include the contents and logical relationships of initial design, construction drawing design, valve chamber construction, station construction, oil storage facilities construction, station compressor construction.
