Development Of Ultra-deep Pump

With the speeding up of the oilfield development and increasing number of ultra deep wells, there are more and more strict requirements to pump depth, polished rod load and pump work condition. Normal tubing and rod pumps are not suitable for applying to these ultra deep wells. So we need deep well pump which has good reliability and high efficiency to assort with pumping unit in the deep well conditions.This thesis introduces the ultra well pump which can be application to 2500-4000 m deep well, by investigating and surveying development status of relative products in Dagang, Jidong, Tarim, and oversea oilfields, further study of pump design standard, optimization each parts materials.The development of ultra well pumps have good using effect application to Tarim oilfield in Xinjiang Province and Jidong oilfield. The feasibility of topic can be proved.
