At present, water hazards of coal mine happened frequently, makes that it is very necessary for researching a high-performance monitoring and warning system used in mine water disaster. This system is usually used for monitoring the mine ground near lakes, ponds, reservoir, the change of the river water in the ground and all parts of the underground drainage, water situation and water temperature, then make the early warning of water disasters based on the change of the water in the ground, water converge in the underground everywhere and mine electrical prospecting data of mining coal.This topic make the mine comparison and analysis firstly for application cases at home and abroad and the development trend of mine hydrology monitoring system, on the basis of understanding the significance of development about mine hydrology monitoring system and related technical principles, makes the demand analysis, based on the conclusions, I put forward hardware design scheme and upper machine design, then make sure the overall design train of thought. In this paper, the information transmission between upper machine and lower machine is achieved by GSM and GPRS, at the same time make the choice of tools needed by the system; Then using B/S three layer architecture, NET framework, SQL Server 2008 and ADO.NET, in the end, using JSP technology based on Java language, finish the construction of upper machine part about mine hydrology monitoring system.In this paper, mine water hazard warning methods are studied, the mine hydrogeological parameters of the real-time monitoring of data mining and mine coal seams combined with electrical prospecting data for the study, and the early warning analysis algorithm is studied, proposed changes in the local-based collaborative the extreme variability and timing of local extrema warning extremum search algorithm, combined with early-warning decision rules, the mathematical model and implement the early warning function.The mine hydrology monitoring system is a platform used for receiving, summary, statistic, analysis, and has the functions of dynamic real-time monitoring, historical data query, alarm data query, Login log and log operation query, time statistics, curve analysis, site management, and has a good interface. Through study and test, we know that the system has a stable performance, easy to operate, has high accuracy, Real-time monitoring function is not only reduce the workload of security personnel, but also breaks lots of water accident under the mine, ensure the safety of coal mine production effectively.
