Because of the pace of social and economic development speeding up,people, s living standard is improved greatly that make people much more strongly pursuit of beauty.Precious wood has a nature nature color, texture and environmental performance makes it a beloved adornment material thereby causing natural forest resources increasingly drastically reduced so usually in order to improve the use value of lumber and reduce waste wood would be cut into decoration veneer to stick the face of base material.This method can not only get the beautiful wood grain and color of precious tree but also save wood material.This paper studied the enhanced procession of Sliced veneer and non-woven fabrics by corn starch glue bonding,roughness of Sliced veneer,mould proof of Sliced veneer,color control of phototropy which aimed at seeking the most suitable process parameters,increase the value of the decoration veneer,improve processing efficiency,reduce production cost,improve the market competitiveness of Sliced veneer. The results of the study as follows:(1)Adhesive with non-woven cloth examination showed that:The most appropriate process parameter of reinforcing material:Amount of putting glue is 20-30/m2,hot pressing time is 90 s,hot pressing temperature is 100℃.Decorative sliced veneer which is recombined by Sliced wood veneer and non-woven,can effectively reduce brittleness,increase flexibility,benefit to breakage and transport,and can being used for interior decoration and other fields.(2)The surface roughness of sliced veneer examination shows that:the surface roughness value of Ayous and Basswood technical wood under non surface treatment was 13.92μm,20.67μm respectively,and it has reduced to 9.00,11.76μm through two Sanding process(240﹟、320﹟).With the increase of abrasive belt mesh,surface roughness parameters including Ra, Rz and Rt values showed decreasing tendency.The surface roughness value of Ayous technical wood by high temperature and pressure sticking using corn starch glue as the adhesive was 4.16μm.Compared with the surface of sanding processed,the sliced veneer with macerate glue film was relatively smoother and this is the one of effective path to decrease the surface roughness.(3)Mould preventing examination of sliced veneer shows that:Ayous wood,Basswood sliced and two sub-companies named seaport and Chinese Fir Wood have good mouldproof effect for Penicillium, trichoderma viride and aspergillus Niger through using corn starch glue as the adhesive and adding 0.1-0.3% mould inhibitor.(4)the light fastness examination of sliced veneer of Ayous shows that:Under UV light,The color change of Ayous mostly took place in 46 hours before lighting,as light time extend, the lightness L* has decreased,the chromaticity coordinates a *and b* are increasing rapidly.Optimum adding amount of iron black, iron oxide red and iron yellow were 0.068、0.005 and 0.575 g every 200 g corn starch glue.And the light change tendency of this glue film is similar to Ayous wood,and it can satisfy the requirement for the adhesive color of Ayous sliced veneer.(5) iron oxide black,iron oxide red and iron oxide yellow is 0.068 g,0.005 g and 0.575 g per 200 g corn starch adhesive achieved films which discoloration rules are similar to Ayous,the test result meets the requirement of the adhesive color for Ayous sliced veneer.
