| There is a strong interaction between the industrial structure and the regional environment. The combination type and intensity of the industrial structure determines the pressure on the environment to a great extent, and the environmental carrying capacity restricts the development of the industry. And the rapid advance of industrialization since the 1930s,especially the lopsided development of the industrial structure, lead to the environmental deterioration, ecological gradually disorders. With the rapid development of social economy, science and technology and the rapid transformation of production mode, the relationship between human economic activities and water environment is becoming more and more closely. The mutual influences between water environment and population growth, economic development, resource utilization are increasing, so as to studying the water environment effect of the industrial structure from the perspective of time and space will help us to achieve the harmonious development of the social economy and water environment.Taking Erhai basin as an example, the paper studying the water environmental effects of industrial structure from the perspective of time and space.On the one hand, in the analysis of the water environment effects of water environment,first the paper researches the influence paths of the industrial structure and water quality from the perspective of the disciplinarian of industrial structure evolution; Secondly, the paper studies the environmental effect of industrial structure evolution in the basin by using canonical correlation analysis and time series analysis, and arrives at a conclusion that the development of primary industry and the second industry aggravates eutrophication of water, and the development of the second industry reduces the organic water pollution and eutrophication of water. Meanwhile,there is a long-term and stable relationship between the Erhai basin three industrial structure and water environment by dealing with data with the co-integration method; Thirdly, the paper comes to the conclusion that there is 10 years which the water pollutant structure lags behind the adjustment of industrial structure through the Moore value and gray correlation analysis method. However there is 3 years which the effects of the industrial structure adjustment has played a more full state.On the other hand,to reduce relevant water pollution caused by industrial development,the distribution of industrial pollution load in erhai basin and water-environmental effects of the industrial structure in the region were investigated. A survey of pollution sources was used to select socio-economic indicators of industrial development that directly or indirectly cause water pollution, including the industrial structure.Using GIS information technology and the method of principal component analysis and being based on the rate of three water environmental pollution factors of principal component load, this study draws a conclusion that agricultural non-point source pollution is still the biggest influence factors of water environmental pollution, and industrial point source pollution is the second factor,and tourism pollution is the final factor.At the same time, the spatial distribution of the basin water environmental pollution is studied. Interesting, east of erhai basin (mostly in eryuan county)was found to have a greater pollution.Finally, based on the empirical analysis, in order to effectively control the water pollution in the watershed of industrial structure, combined with the perspective of time and space is proposed based on the integration of industrial structure adjustment and optimization of industrial layout policy recommendations in the basin. |
