The popularization and development of the Internet has deeply promoted the evolution of the human civilization and the reconstruction of the social order, especially represented by social network, which almost change the way people communicate. For the tourism industry, information on social network sites, emotional communication and behavior of tourists offline, these three things have interacted with tourism market and influence each other. Social network has not only influenced the tourist consuming habit, but provide a new perspective for tourism research. This research, based on social network, use web crawler technology to get data and use this data to analyze Hubei Province tourist flow structure. Then calculating the tourist transportation carbon dioxide emissons by using the tourist flow structure which has studied. Last, depend all those calculating, this research point out the problems and ecpections for Hubei future tourism development. The main conclusions for this research include:(1) the tourist flow network of Hubei Province present a "A" type structure centered with core nodes Wuhan, two wings with Yichang and Shiyan, inner connected by Xiangyang and Enshi.(2)when tourists flow in Hubei Province, they choose train and bus as their traveling priority.(3)Yichang share the largest transportation carbon dioxide emissions, followed by Wuhan and Shennongjia forest region. Highway shares the largest proportion (about 87%) of carbon emissions, among which car traffic emissions accounted for about 46%, private cars accounted for about 41% of the total. (4) from the perspective of low carbon tourism, combined with the national policy on transportation sector carbon emissions, from the government, enterprises, destination and tourists four dimensions put forward suggestions for the development of Hubei Province tourism traffic low carbon countermeasures.
