With the rapid development of industry, air pollution has become increasingly serious, the large number of hyperthermia and dust contained gas are the main factors of pollution, the standards of national dust removal is improved, technical study brook no delay. In the traditional way of dust removal, the way of fixed bed granular layer has higher efficiency but with poor continuity, while the way of particle moving bed is just on the contrary. In view of the above problems, this dissertation tries to carry out study on dust removal principle analysis, system design, equipment selection and experiment for wet granular moving bed.First, according to the model of granular and unit layer, the effect of porosity and single particle capture efficiency on particle trapping efficiency is analyzed. The physical process and contact mode of wet dust removal are introduced. According to the principle and characteristics of particle layer and wet dust removal, a combined way of wet dust removal and particle moving bed dust removal is proposed.Second, on the base of the requirement for filter media in actual condition, physical property parameters are measured. A platform of wet particle moving bed dust removal system is established, the working condition of the machine is analyzed under the cold state to provide reference and comparison for the hot test. According to the standards and factors of design, a kind of wet particle moving bed dust removal system is designed.Finally, on the base of experiment and simulation results, the effects of different flow rates on the pressure drop and gas flow are analyzed.
