Complex Development Research On The Engineering Design Of Shen 67 Block

Shen 67 block located in damintun sag, in the southern part of Shenyang oilfield. The reservoir is affected by both structure and lithology factors,andit has complicated oil-water relationship, single sand body controlled reservoir.There is no uniform oil-water interface. In Shen 67 block the original development scheme plannedthat the main parts divided in two sets of layers, other parts divied in a series of strata, 300-meterinverted nine spot with early waterflooding, formally put into development in July 1987, in April 1988 it began to inject water, by the end of the year it completed the basic well pattern, later finished well pattern,formed the main parts divided in two sets of layers and other parts of one set of layers,200-meterskewed areal pattern with water flooding development. Along with the continuous development, some oil wells shut because of the sand flow and the casing deformation, the injection system of the reservoir is not perfect, and the ability of well network controlling is low, reservoir formation pressure and control water cut rising contradiction prominent, fault block in water injection wells in long, the physical property difference between layers is big,water flooding producing effect becomes worse. At present, it is urgent to improve the well pattern and keep the output stably.In this study, through the development of the fine geologic research, evaluate condition of the reservoir development in natural energy development, analysis of existing problems,make sure the the block complex redevelopment advisable; and combining with the geological characteristics in reservoir development, optimizate the water flood development plan design, Shen 67 block plane is divided into eastern and Western Districts: in the eastern part the block divided into two layers, the upper first inject water, and then the lower series of new wells return chemical flooding, and lower system according to the chemical flooding reconstruct well pattern, first inject water then inject chemical flooding; in the West rely on the whole process of anti sand process reconstruction of well network restoring injection.Through this topic research, it may fundamentally changes the underground natural resources utilization and accessibility, maximally realize sustainable development of petroleum resource and security issues, and explore a feasible way for Shen 67 block to improve development effect.
