The low permeability reservoirs of Liaohe Oilfield are huge. They are widely distributed in different burial depths and geological time, and formed different scales, trap types and oil properties reservoirs. Now the annual output has achived for more than one million tons, and achieved the scale of the development. For the flow mechanism of low permeability reservoir is special, also the geological characteristic is complex and the injecting water can cause stratum pollution, the Liaohe low permeability reservoirs did not achieve effective water injection. Most is in the natural energy development stage with low oil recovery rate, low recovery degree and poor development effect. How to achieve effective water flooding development in low permeability reservoirs is a very meaningful research proposition.This thesis starts from the geological characteristics of the low permeability reservoir Qiang1Block, made a detailed analysis of the structural characteristics, sedimentary characteristics, reservoir characteristics, oil water distribution and fluid properties. Then based on the geology research, combining the well-testing analysis and evaluation of the effect of early injection test, the research of reservoir engineering is carried out in detail, laid reliable basis for the development plan design. Geological studies suggest that Qiang1block is a low porosity and low permeability reservoir with poor physical property, strong heterogeneity, complex fluid, which brings difficulty for the effective development.Based on the block well-testing analysis, that the development of the block has the typical characteristics of low permeability reservoir, the development is difficult, mainly in the following points.First the reservoir has a certain natural production, and the fracturing efficiency is significant.Secondly, the initial rapid production declines fast,and the law of diminishing is different.Thirdly,the plane oil production is mainly affected by the reservoir.Fourthly, the crude oil viscosity is high, the single well production is low,the natural energy is insufficient, and the recovery is low.According to the actual characteristics of the reservoir, the plan designs of using a set of layers and developing from the bottom to top layer-by-layer, using the synchronous water flooding development, using the420m×105m diamond pattern to increase the sweep volume, so as to raise the recovery rate.In view of the reservoir sensitivity is strong, the design of reservoir protection is devoted to ensure the effective injection.The research has positive significance to improve the low permeability reservoir development effect.It has a very broad application space and value in the Liaohe oil field, also has important reference and guidance value for the low permeability reservoir effective development in future.
