With the expansion of the oilfield construction, the technology level of staff needs to be updated in a timely manner, tracking development needs, liquid level control system is more complex production process in the production of oil field, in particular for the new production device float level gauge, the structure of the regulator key instrument such as ontology, process principle and common troubles of processing technology for learning and mastering. In order to improve the professional and technical personnel and staff level of technology, training courseware using 3D technology, can reduce the training costs, convenient for staff to learn. With computer software and hardware technology, especially the development of computer graphics, the three dimensional animation technology in film and television special effects, games, education and scientific research in the field of gradually become a new and indispensable means. This paper introduced the liquid level control system is based on the several main instrument in the 3D animation simulation, improve the effect of training to the staff.At first, the paper discusses the 3D simulation technology development status, and the work and the thesis structure; next to used in industrial production for the liquid level of the liquid level in the measurement vessel regulation system structure and working principle are introduced. Next, it focuses on introducing the liquid level regulation system in the keyinstrument of the float liquid level meter and gas pneumatic control valve of the structure and working principle, and the introduction of this paper used the development tool of 3ds Max and Virtools, based on 3D modeling methods are discussed, the modeling steps were description of the actual operation, to lay the foundation for 3D modeling and animation of equipment. Using 3DS Max to float liquid level meter, pneumatic control valve of the 3D modeling, finally, combined with the specific structure of the two kinds of instruments, 3D modeling of its components, respectively, and with the help of animation generation tool Virtools synthesized instrument three-dimensional dynamic dismantling demonstration of the process and get the expected design effect.
