| The piston pneumatic motor is an air power device which can turn gas pressure into rotary mechanical energy output. The pneumatic motor has been widely applied in industry with compressed gas as working medium, the working process safety and non-polluting. It can start at full capacity and can be loaded with full work for a long period of time. Its working process has a lot of advantages, such as dustproof, fireproof and explosion prevention. However, due to gas compressibility affected the structure and gas distribution systems and other uncertainties, it is difficult in-depth to research and analysis the actual working conditions, and improve the motor gas distribution system. The currently used 5×135 motor’s performance cannot fully meet the needs of all kinds of working condition, and work efficiency of the motor is relatively low. Therefore, it is very necessary to research and analysis gas distribution theory and gas distribution systems deeply. Build A new gas distribution theory and valve structure should be built to improving the efficiency of the motor based on the existing valve structure.According the working environment and operating characteristic of the 5×135 pneumatic piston motor, the new gas distribution theory and gas distribution structure of the motor is divided into four main research areas, researching swelling characteristics of the gas compression, researching motor operating characteristics and researching valve timing and valve structure, with the pneumatic piston motor t used in oil drilling platform as the research object. Research on valve system of the pneumatic motor need be based on performance characteristic. First, the basic structure and working process need be researched and analyzed of the motor, studying on the motor working principle and the characteristics of the compressed gas pressure can improve the efficiency of the motor, according to the cylinder gas expansion characteristics. Second, analyze the thermodynamics and mechanics working process of motor, respectively building corresponding mathematical model was put forward that is used to solve the mathematical model and simulating calculation variation within the state motor cylinder gas by MATLAB software. The structure parameters and motor gas distribution systems are optimized by analyzing motor speed, valve timing, intake pressure, cylinder volume and other basic parameters impacting on law of the motor performance. Finally, according to the results of the analysis of optimization and the existing distribution structure of the motor, the new principle of gas distribution, the valve structure, the brake control system and lubrication structure are designed in detail to meet the motor high efficiency, high torque good job stability and speed requirements.Through the study of motor work process analysis, the outputs dynamic characteristics and the compressed gas instantaneous change in state law can be derived by mathematic model, which can be taken as important reference for follow-up research and development to improve all types of pneumatic piston motor. The purpose is to reduce the cost of experiments, it has great practical significance of the project. |
