| At present, most of the oil fields with the increase of petroleum resources development time, the moisture content of crude oil continues to rise. In oil and gas fields in our country, which is in the middle and later stage, the produced fluid moisture content is more than 90% and the processing of oil well produced fluid become a significant issue in the production of oil and gas field development.In order to avoid environmental pollution, the oily sewage should be purified and removal of oily sewage in the oil droplets is one of the important contents.The subject of the present paper is no exception Jinzhou 25-1 Oilfield is facing post-production water content continued to rise, the existing sewage treatment plant degreasing hanging inefficiencies and other issues. Based on the actual situation of Jinzhou 25-1 oil field production sewage process,the test program of air floatation cyclone integration equipment in jinzhou 25-1 oilfield is designed.Related experiment and relevant data are obtained,which is for the equipment being put into production as soon as possible and applied to promote jinzhou 25-1 oil field.This test uses a prototype named BIPTCFU-III-20,we developed a corresponding test guidelines on the basis of Jinzhou 25-1 Oilfield actual production conditions, and in order to complete the single-stage independent experiments CFU degreasing performance, two-stage cascade CFU degreasing performance test and independent test axial vortex separator degreasing performance.Experimental data obtained show that the BIPTCFU-III-20-type flotation cyclone integrated water treatment engineering prototype has a role in addition to the efficient removal and suspended matter. And it has features like high separation efficiency, stable operation, hydraulic retention time is short and so on. Air floatation cyclone integration technology can effectively solve the problem like jinzhou 25-1 oil field oil removal equipment large volume, low efficiency, complex oil removal process and so on. |
