Our country rural sewage treatment has many problems, due mainly to life sewage source is miscellaneous drainage, different time of water quality change is big, sewerage system is not perfect, living scattered, lead to difficult to collect, and lack of wastewater treatment process. And lack of sound management maintenance system, causing the facilities construction lag, completed sewage treatment facilities can not run normally, it is difficult to meet the design target. So design a high efficiency, energy saving integrated life sewage treatment equipment, to solve the rural sewage treatment problem, and the devices can also be used in suburban and other regions.Purify sewage treatment technology is mature slot and wide application, it occupies a small area, with quick effect, operation management is convenient. This paper basic to purify sewage treatment, using anaerobic biological filter bed technology and contact oxidation method, design a kind of integrated sewage treatment equipment, and research family life sewage treatment distributed performance.First research the main part of the energy consumption-contact oxidation aeration pool of integrated sewage treatment equipment, observe contact oxidation process performance of different gas aeration pool. The experimental results show that:It is a great correlation between contact oxidation pool yielding water and gas aerator. When aeration of contact oxidation pool is0.20m3/h, COD of contact oxidation pool yielding water and ammonia nitrogen are29.4mg/L and8.4mg/L; all reached the urban sewage discharge level standard. When aeration of contact oxidation pool is0.10m3/h, water still reached the urban sewage discharge secondary standard.Secondly change hydraulic retention time when device completely run, and research the efficiency under sewage processing district in different hydraulic retention time. The experimental results show that:when the inflow water of device is200L/d, anaerobic biological filter of the sewage COD removal is61.5%,90.9%total removal rate for the device, device after the treatment of wastewater effluent achieve the urban sewage discharge level standard. In the feed water for600L/d, the device can still achieve the water secondary standard.Finally, according to the characteristics of family life sewage, change day and night inflow water of the device; observe impact resistance of the device. The research indicates that, in pulse into water, water device all can reach the urban sewage discharge level standard; that explains device has the stable processing power. Also research the relationship between temperature and device sewage treatment performance, the results show that there is positive correlation between temperature and processing efficiency. The higher the temperature is, the higher treatment efficiency of the device.Through experiments of this paper, we conclude that the device has good high efficiency, low energy consumption, and it has good characteristics process performance and applicability. In high configuration conditions, the device meet the urban sewage water discharge level standard; with low energy consumption in operation and the rural sewage treatment of water demand is not high, the device can still meet the urban sewage water discharge secondary standard.
