Continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR) is the core equipment of acetone cyanohydrin(ACH) reaction, which using hydrocyanic acid as and acetone raw material condensation reaction in the presence of diethylamine catalyst, the purity of the preparation of crude acetone cyanohydrin 90%. Crude acetone cyanohydrin after solid filter for distillation, obtained with a purity greater than 98% of refined acetone cyanohydrin.According to CSTR simulation, based on its working principle and equipment structure, analysis of various factors affecting the reaction,and according to heat balance, material balance to design algorithm. Factors in the whole reaction process, dosage of catalyst, temperature, the ratio of raw materials, stirring, etc. are to be produced effects can not be ignored, and consider the DCS control of reactor temperature, reactor relief, the cauldron at the end of discharge functions of liquid. According to the principle and equipment structure of the solid filter, by technical personnel to the scene to describe solid filter operation caused by the phenomenon and to achieve the function, the solid filter to realize the filtered solid volume, through the function of the pressure drop of the fluid.According to the working principle of continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR) and solid filter, combined with process of actual operation and equipment parameters, to establish the dynamic mathematical model of the two devices, to scheduling algorithm in the C programming language, with DCS system platform, gives the accord with actual phenomenon of steady and started the simulation results.
