Graphene has been attracting the attention of many scholars to study by its physical and chemical properties since found in 2004, and to become a new focus. In recent years, the theory research of graphene has made outstanding achievements.Graphene has been widely used in the field of daily applications.Due to its large surface area and the strong van der Waals forces between the layers to produce aggregation, it is difficult to disperce in water and other organic solvent. These restrictions requires functional modification to increase the interface compatibility with other solvents in terms of increasing its use in composites. This article explored the preparation of graphene 、 GMA-functionalized graphene and KH570-functional graphene, then found the best reaction conditions,we modified vinyl acetate(VAc) with KH570-functionalized graphene under the best conditions.Meanwhile we tested the performance of composites, otherwise we discussed the percentage of functional graphene in the impact of the performance. The main contents of the article are summarized below.(1) We applied the modified Hummers method and ultrasonic exfoliation to prapare graphene oxide, and then we got graphene by chemical reduction method.Otherwise we modified graphene oxide by glycidy methacrylate(GMA), then got functionalized graphene by chemical reduction method. We characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)、X-ray diffraction(XRD)、Scanning election microscope(SEM) 、 Atomic force microscope(AFM) and Transmisson Electron Microscope(TEM). The characterization results show that the functional group of graphene is less than graphene oxide and show typical corrugation on surface,the thickness of graphene is 1 nm. The disperation of GMA-functionalized graphene was better in oil solvents than water. Some typical corrugation and scrolling structures on the surface of it. The thickness of GMA-functionalized graphene was2~3 nm.(2) We modified graphene oxide with silance acoupling agent to explore the best reaction conditions is 100 mg of graphene oxide reacted with acetic of acid 5 m L, the best temperature is 85 ℃ and the best reaction time is 6 hours. Alkylene oxide addition the percentage of KH570 is 10% of functionalized graphene.(3) We modified vinyl acetate(VAc) with KH570-functionalized graphene to prepare composites, The results showed that the electric conductivity、permittivity and dielectric of composites showed a trend of increasing.
