Diamond- cemented carbide composite sheet(PDC), which is made up of the cemented carbide liner with a fine layer of synthetic polycrystalline diamond. Diamond bit as a bit of High hardness, high wear resistance, low friction coefficient, high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion rate and impact toughness in the industry has been widely used and accepted in drilling engineering. With the ascension of PDC manufacturing technology and the design and optimization of production technology of PDC bit, now, the PDC bit are widely used in the Oil field, coal field and some of the core drilling in the drilling process at home and abroad. The PDC bit can adapt more and more the formation of stratum, but the study of the theory of the PDC bit has yet to get great progress.This article study on the relationship between the index of PDC bit abrasives and grinding and impact, on the basis of the measurement and calculation method of PDC bit abrasive and the PDC bit broken rock and the wear mechanism, in scientific and accurate formation. The characteristics of stratum, parameters such as compressive strength, the surface roughness, hardness, the drillability extremum are quantified. Discussion and analysis the rock fragmentation mechanism and the wear mechanism In the process of PDC bit drilling.Through a series of targeted experiment and data analysis to find the real influence the formation of the influence factors of PDC bit grinding index and effect relationship. Create a real and concrete wear model. Use of them to the reasonable design of PDC bit and enrich the PDC bit application theory effectively and reasonably.
