In this thesis, in the solution of NaAlO2+H3PO4 or Na2SiO3 modify the surface of titanium and titanium alloys by Micro-arc oxidation (MAO) at different oxidation voltage and time ,study on the effect of the parameters to the structure, thickness and abrasiveness of the MAO modification surface. The results are as follows:In the solution of NaAlO2+H3PO4 or Na2SiO3,Films surface are different. In the solution of Na2SiO3 ,film keep smooth ; In the solution of NaAlO2+H3PO4, the film will be rougher.At the same solution condition, oxidation voltage main affection is the film's microstructure and morphology. At the lower voltage ranges film keep smooth; While the voltage is higher than the ranges ,the film will be rougher than it. The different voltages effect the film compositions not very much. The films thickness have exponent relationship with the difference value of the breakdown voltage between the modify voltage .The bigger value ,the thicker film.The time of MAO treatment effect surface morphology not very much, The longer time, the thicker film. But too long to useful. The treatment time effect the composition of the film not very much.In the solution of NaAlO2+H3PO4 or Na2SiO3,the friction coefficient of the film is higher than the friction coefficient of the base. During the fric -tion,the adhesion wear happen. The roughness of the film surface will effect the friction coefficient. The film wear life is short that be formed in the Na2SiO3 solution, the film wear life is long that be formed in NaAlO2+H3PO4 solution.
