The proportion of the application of filling mining method in the last ten years is gradually increasing, and the country strongly supports green mining. Also the filling technology and equipment have made great progress, this makes all kinds of filling materials can be used in the filling mining method. The biggest development prospect is undoubtedly the full tailings filling, the key of full tailings filling is to realize the separation of water and tailings particles(especially the fine). That is make the low concentration tailings slurry concentrated into high concentration underflow, and the separated water basically does not contain solid particles. In the situation of mining industry downturn today, it has great practical significance to study on how to make the full tailings filling system’s discharged sand pulp concentration high and stable. It can save cost as much as possible while ensuring the quality of filling.In this paper, based on the theory of fluid mechanics, flocculation theory and solid-liquid separation theory, by combining experimental research and theoretical analysis of the model, then study the effect of each factor on the full tailings filling system’s discharged sand pulp concentration. Finally find out the relationship between tailings properties, flocculant and sand discharge device with discharged sand pulp concentration.Study the properties of a tungsten mine’s full tailings of Jiangxi Province in-depth, to find out that the continuous phase’s viscosity is too lager, it is the reason why the fine particle can not be settling. By replacing the reagent system, to realize rapid subsidence and overflow backwater clear. Study on the basic sand pulp discharged mode of vertical sand bin, construction of the tungsten mine’s vertical sand bin model, calculation of discharged sand pulp concentration in different height of sand. Then put forward to add stepped drainage device to drain the clarified water. Combined with field data analysis the discharged sand pulp concentration’s fluctuation mechanism of the tungsten ore, further consider optimizing slurry system. According to the Institute to develop a modification plan, and get a good effect in the semi industrial test.After the test we get the Gaofeng Tin Mine full tailing’s properties, and combined with the natural settlement to study it’s settlement property. Under the high magnification optical microscope, most of the fine particles are flat, lead to very slow settling of the fine particles, so need to add flocculants to accelerate settlement. Through a series of qualitative and quantitative test, then final selected German BASF tailings special flocculant for settlement in Gaofeng tin mine tailings, the optimum adding amount was 20g/t.By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process method to decision the selection problem of sand discharge device, in a good way to solve the problem which is can not be quantified or fuzzy. Establishing the preferred model of the Gaofeng tin mine’s sand discharge device, by constructing judgment matrix to give each index a right value. By comprehensive evaluation system to give each program’s membership matrix. After a series computing, then obtained each scheme’s superior degrees, ultimately determine that the deep cone thickener is most suitable sand discharge device for Gaofeng tin mine. Through the sampling measurement of the full tailings filling system’s discharged sand pulp concentration. It is proved that the system can achieve the expected of discharged sand pulp concentration, and can maintain the stability.
