Main monitoring the valve operation state and remote control, the flow of sewage, tank liquid level, pump and blower operation status and remote control and some other signal remote display and handle. The control system uses distributed control, in order to achieve the distributed computer control theory of decentralized remote control,centralized monitoring and management control of the sewage treatment process.The basic content of this project is to use the SUPCON JX-300 XP control system to compile the corresponding PID control program, to achieve the control of the pump, fan and other equipment and the real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level,etc. Setting and debugging all kinds of parameters of PID in order to achieve the accuracy requirements. And draw the corresponding monitoring interface with form, history, alarm,etc, monitor and control effect at any time.
