With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the implementation of relevant national policies on environmental protection and the principle of energy saving,sewage treatment project was implemented in some oil fields and chemical plants in some operating units in recent years, and carry out the production project of sewage treatment.Automatic control of sewage treatment process is an important part of the sewage treatment project, not only can save production cost and resource consumption, but also has great economic benefits.According to the process requirements of the sewage from sulfonate unit, this process includes water collection tank, oxidation tank, regulating tank, water discharge tank and some other systems. Main monitoring the valve operation state and remote control, the flow of sewage, tank liquid level, pump and blower operation status and remote control and some other signal remote display and handle. The control system uses distributed control, in order to achieve the distributed computer control theory of decentralized remote control,centralized monitoring and management control of the sewage treatment process.The basic content of this project is to use the SUPCON JX-300 XP control system to compile the corresponding PID control program, to achieve the control of the pump, fan and other equipment and the real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level,etc. Setting and debugging all kinds of parameters of PID in order to achieve the accuracy requirements. And draw the corresponding monitoring interface with form, history, alarm,etc, monitor and control effect at any time.
