The Design And Operation Of The Ultra-high Molecular Weight Polyethylene Fiber Production Line Control System Based On DCS

The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber is the world’s third generation after the carbon fiber and aramid fiber,and it develop rapidly in recent years, for its production requirements, how to design stable and reliable production line control system for large-scale industrialized production needs to be addressed.This article is mainly based on the automatic control system of ICD Shandong High Performance Fibers Co. Ltd.,focused on the design of DCS system, which includes the overall control scheme design,hardware and software design,real operation analysis, etc., and summarized the actual running situation, designed a set of 32 bit ARM processor,the fieldbus use RS-485, the main work is:1.Gives the overall design scheme of control system,including the system hierarchy,the bus and transmission system design.2.Studied the overall hardware design scheme of DCS system, including the selection of man-machine interface, the controller of each unit circuit design and components selection and introduces the selection and parameters of the frequency converter configuration in detail.3. The design principle of software system are introduced,for the underlying controller, realized the data collection and control by using C language,program flow chart are given,for man-machine interface part, write the control system using VB6.0.4. Gives running speed parameters interface of the production line.5. Summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the existing system.The system has friendly interface, very simple to operater, easy to expand, and so on, close to transmit data for field control is a kind of high performance solution, the control system debugging of the field running, stable work, reliable performance, has reached the corporate requirements.
