With the increase of the depth of most of the mining depth in China, The gas overrun and mine fire threaten the safety of production all the time. These two kinds of mine disasters not only hinder the safe production of the mine, but also directly related to the economic efficiency of the mine and the safety of the life of mine personnel. The source coal mine of Fenxi Mining Group is a high gas mine, and the coal seam of the 1206 working face is easy to spontaneous combustion. In order to ensure the safe extraction of the 1206 working face and the safety of the mined out area, In this paper, combined with specific engineering practice, using the research methods of theoretical analysis and computer simulation, to explore a new high gas fire prevention technology of coal spontaneous combustion.This paper first describes the law of the location of spontaneous combustion in coal mine, gas explosion theory and fire control theory; secondly, describes the basic overview of incense source of coal and 1206 working face, and then elaborates on the 1206 goaf left by spontaneous combustion of coal, the existence of the mining period may cause spontaneous combustion ignition factor to carry on the comprehensive analysis. Through adjusting the mode of ventilation and reduce the air volume, reduce the gas drainage, high poly water fireproof material is poured into the, injected a large amount of nitrogen, after the establishment of mined out area beam tube monitoring system, sampling and analyzing goaf main index gas, combined with computer simulation test on the fire suppression effectiveness measures, had a good safety and economic benefits. At the same time, this paper also provides a set of effective prevention and control system for the control of the coal mining area in the fast oxidation state.
