Easily Zhongxing mine is a high gas coal mine,1209 working face coal seam and inflammable seam."U" type ventilation upper corner gas accumulation and gas concentration overrun.In order to effectively reduce the upper corner gas overrun,ZTE ore 1209 working face with "Y" type ventilation,i.e.a back ventilation method can effectively reduce the corner gas accumulation concentration overrun problems.But with the fully mechanized coal face advancing,"Y" type ventilation resulted in mined out area of air leakage intensity increase,more fresh air into the mined out area,making spontaneous combustion risk increased sharply for effectively reducing the mined out area of coal spontaneous combustion hazard of "Y" type ventilation It is of great significance to carry out fire prevention research in the goaf under the mode.Mining goaf spontaneous combustion "three zones" distribution is nitrogen injection against fire plan basis,in order to find the optimal nitrogen injection for fire prevention,through the use of numerical simulation software,the simulation calculation of the coal spontaneous combustion "three zones" distribution of the effects of different nitrogen injection position with the appropriate amount of nitrogen injection in 1209 working face goaf left the.Fire prevention,according to the actual conditions of studying and summarizing the process of spontaneous combustion of fire prevention in Zhongxing colliery 1209 working face the actual conditions based on the mined out area of spontaneous combustion "three zone" division and nitrogen injection technology research.The mined out area of coal spontaneous combustion theory,the mined out area at home and abroad,combined with the corresponding numerical model.According to the working face,the establishment of mined out area flow field simulation of the physical and mathematical model.Simulation data mined out area of the oxygen concentration index and air leakage indicators,in numerical simulation based on the mined out area of spontaneous combustion "three zone" Division for further nitrogen injection technology to provide basic data.On the basis of "three Zone division of nitrogen injection process design,analysis in the goaf nitrogen injection before and after and injection of different nitrogen scheme spontaneous oxidation zone distribution.Eventually,that the injection capacity of nitrogen 600m3/min and nitrogen injection position from the working face is 70m,the best cooperation scheme,the oxidation zone width down to 63m,meet the needs of production,and application in underground goaf fire prevention and control,to working face mining gob fire prevention to provide certain theoretical support,so as to ensure the coal mine work safety and efficient,and under similar conditions of ventilation and fire prevention and treatment provided a reference.
