| With the development of coal mining approaches to the deep gradually, a series of roadway support problems were caused, and amongst these problems, mining of short distance coal seams floor velocity pressure of deep coal becoming a urgent problem that need to be solved. This project studied the influence of short distance coal seams mining to the stability of overlying roadways under the background of short distance coal seams (8#seam,7#seam,6#seam) of Wangfenggang coal mine of Huainan mining group and 4#seam return aircourse through the comparehensive method of analog simulation, FLAC3D value simulation and actual measurement of roadway. The stress evolution of the overlying strata of short distance coal seams was obtained, and the velocity pressure influential range of overlying coal seams stope face and the back of gob; Through value simulation software simulated the influence of the stability of overlying 4#seam of front overlying 6#seam stope face and the rear of gob in different horizontal distances; the test indicated that the velocity pressure is the lowest outside 90 meters of the front of 6#seam and outside 60 meters of overlying 4#seam roadway country rock; proposed the control technique and related construction technology of country rock shotcrete in roadway under dynamic pressure. Through field measurement of roadway country rock deformation and value simulation software simulated roadway country rock support effect, it showed that the support project is responsible and effective. The research results provide a reference of the support parameter and deriving time to similar roadway construction conditions. |
