The deformation of heaving floor, as one of the main problems in process of tunnel supporting of coal mine, can decrease tunnelsize and result in the difficulty of supporting, which seriously influence the normal operation of the mine. As a result, it’s a an urgent need to solve puzzles to studying mechanism of floor heave as well as setting up applicable measures.The subject has its background of floor lift in returning air laneway in Bulianta coalmine22306. Firstly, this paper summarizes the mechanism and preventive measure of the floor heave. Secondly, it studies deeply the mechanism and control methods of floor lift in returning air laneway22306in Bulianta coalmine through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and stress measurement. Finally, this paper discovers that the floor lift of Butalian coalmine comes from the influence of mining made by combined mining close distance coal seams and7m large mining height.Furthermore, the weak floor lithology is also an important reason.Based on processing and analyzing data from field measurement, the paper discusses the main factors affecting the deformation of floor heave;By analyzing the propagation of the abutment pressure in floor heave in the process of combined mining of coal seams, it finds that the influence of vertical stress on floor heave can be decreased through reasonable arrangement in the roadway.What’s more, the paper arrives at a optimal width of coal pillar of Bulianta coalmine through calculating and analyzing the stress state of coal pillar.Finally, this paper discusses the way of control floor heave by grooving, and simulates scheme of roadway layout and that of control plat deformation by grooving through the theory of FLAC3D, and an ideal effect is obtained. All the above, the results of the study in this paper has important guiding significance for control of the floor heave of roadway in Bulianta coalmine. In addition, the results also provide a valuable reference to mining gateway where there is close distance and relatively soft rock lithology.
