With the development of the society, the energy material has became more and more important.diesel oil with its own excellent properties were widely used, but lots of environmental problems which using diesel takes have also been people’s attention. Low sulfur diesel will be the trend of the Times, but using for long time will take damage to the diesel engine. This is due to abrasion resistance molecular loss a lot of hydrocracking process, leading to low sulfur diesel fuel lubricity poorer. Then, improving diesel anti-wear effect become a very important topic. The main method to solve the problem of the worldwide is to adding anti-wear additives.This paper mainly used the pentaerythritol, glycerin and oleic acid as synthetic fatty acid polyol ester type and anti-wear additives of the main raw material, the best process conditions to synthesis of pentaerythritol oleate:reaction time is 1.5 hours, reaction temperature 170℃, acid glycol ratio was 4.3:1,1.5% of the total quality of catalyst for acid alcohol, esterification rate reached 97.8%. The optimum process conditions of synthesis the oleic acid glyceride:the reaction time is 5 hours, reaction temperature is 140℃,1:12 ratio of oleyl alcohol.1.5% of the total quality of catalyst for acid alcohol, under the condition of the technology of pentaerythritol oleate esterification rate reached 96.1%. Compound was confirmed by infrared spectrum method, etc. Using high frequency reciprocating tester to the abrasion resistance of the compound, they greatly improve diesel lubricity in addition to 300 ug/g.Determined the oleic acid as the mixed acid of compound with anti-wear agent by investigating 5 kinds of carboxylic acid which carbon chain is 18. Then mix the pentaerythritol oleate and oleic acid glyceride with oleic acid to test the WSD, it was found that both of the best ratio of WSD is 3:1. Then compound the pentaerythritol oleate/oleic acid and oleic acid glyceride/oleic acid and test its best compound ratio is 1:2, adding quantity for 300 ug/g, the WSD is 398 um, more than the national standard.Finally inspected the homemade wear-resistant agents of the various physical and chemical properties of the diesel, the results show that the physical and chemical properties, such as its low temperature fluidity, oxidation stability, had no effect on original diesel.
