At present, the problem of transmission difference in the measurement of natural gas trade is more and more valued by the Gas Co and the researchers. Generally speaking, the metering instrument selection is according to the design condition of pipe network gas load to determine and mount, when customers actually gas load deviate from the normal load is too large, lead to the inaccuracy of the measurement, so as to form the obvious difference between the input. Once the user actual gas consumption is not up to the meter minimum starting flow, it will produce an error of omission, which is unacceptable to the gas company. And natural gas distributing measurement can realize micro flow measurement, flow measurement accuracy, and improve the precision and reduce transmission error. In this paper, based on a Industrial Park of natural gas distribution station distributing measurement technology renovation project, mainly for natural gas distributing measurement technology carried out the following work:(1) Based on the measurement of natural gas distributing design and site process transformation, field collected junction measurement in an industrial park, the application of actual data, the distributing measurement measured data processing, analysis and comparison, the implementation effect of distributing measurement technology to carry out the empirical analysis, obtained the distributing measurement technology in improving the precision of measurement of quantitative indicators.(2) According to the measurement of natural gas distributing in the field of pipeline surge problem of station, by using fluent simulation tools, simulation model is established, the qualitative analysis of the factors affecting pipeline surge, in order to improve the distributing measurement technology, focusing on characteristics of pipe(pipe diameter and pipe spacing) proposed rationalization proposals.(3) Study of pipeline surge problem, based on the analysis of control parallel switching time of gas supply and pipeline characteristics(diameter, pipe spacing) dependencies for future junction metering device skid mounted design controller doubling time of scientific setting provides a reasonable basis.
