Demands on the environment increase with the implementation of China’s Environmental Protection Law. The quality of oil must rise in order to achieve the above demands. The production capacity of catalytic reforming will increase dramatically with increasing hydrogen requirement. In this work, the comparative research was carried on the properties of the raw material, reaction temperature, mass balance, energy consumption, product yield and product octane in the Huhhot finery by the study of chlorine water balance and coke-deposition mechanism, combined with the actual operating experience of technology and equipment in the first cycle. The operation of the moving bed reforming units was analyzed by benchmarking data of the same industry-related equipment in order to identify gaps, improving economic and technical indicators and level of long period operation.1. Take note sulfur block coking continue to occur. The results show that before increasing the amount of sulfur and octane product value is affected by the regenerated catalyst circulation, performance degradation, octane number also in decline, increased after the injection of sulfur content catalyst blocking gradually resolved, recycling normal, the activity recovery and product octane value also gradually restored, the basic stability within a good range.2. The continuous improvement of the product gasoline octane value and light liquid yield for the company to create a good net benefit, and in group company refining plate for the first time the device of the main parameters of the standard.3. From reforming the comprehensive analysis of the main parameters of the device, this catalytic reforming device in material flow control basic 80-180 photo DEG C in that water content after taking technical measures, replace the airtight sampler, the annual water content control in 4.3ppm, through timely quasi accurately adjust catalyst chloride and water balance, the active catalyst metal and acid more matching, reaction activity is always in a stable state, long-period operation of the catalyst and lay a solid foundation.
