In the twenty-first Century,the scale of industrial specialization is becoming more and more mature.Besides,with the rapid development of science and technology,the handicraft industry is gradually replaced by the industrial equipment of mechanized automation.At present,the automation simulation flower manufacturing equipments on the market are very few,and the automatic degree of equipments is very low.Moreover,those equipments have many shortcomings such as semi automatic,low security,low coherence between each equipment and high failure rate.These shortcomings lead to low market share of automatic simulation flower manufacturing equipment,which is inversely proportional to the urgent needs of the enterprise owner to the full automatic equipment.This project has designed a control system of automatic soap flower production line,which has completed PLC as the core.The control system takes Delta EH series PLC as the controller.The system is composed of charging mechanism,setting mechanism and unloading mechanism.Each mechanism uses the cylinder and the servo motor as the power source,and the whole system is equipped with a variety of sensors for alarm detection,position detection,temperature detection and so on.The whole system is controlled by PLC,and the LCD touch screen is used as the human-computer interface to set the equipment for parameter setting and to display the equipment status and alarm content.Through debugging and running,it shows that the system can be fast,safe and stable to set the emulation soap flower,which greatly improves the efficiency and safety of the emulation soap flower production. |
