| The leaf Vacuum resurgence process as the first step process in the production of tobacco is important to improve the tobacco quality even influence the post-procedure however the vacuum equipment need a lot of steam in the production and the performance is poorer, so the research on improving the equipment performance and the study of vacuum process of tobacco leaf quality improvement has been the hot topic in tobacco industry. In regards to the control system, the vacuum control system plays a fundamental role for the whole process equipment operation effectuate whether meet the process requirements, and equipment energy consumption,so that the research on the control system research for the improvement of tobacco quality and reducing energy consumption has important significance.Firstly introduce the working principle of vacuum wetting procedure, and then describe the development of the field bus and Device Net both at home and abroad. Secondly analyze the working process Vacuum conditioning plant, find the root causes of a series of problems such as low efficiency and large energy consumption, in the end put forward the design scheme to solve these problems. According the new vacuum way redesign the mode of the operation process, use the Device Net network connection for the configuration of control system hardware to realize the remote control, in order to realize the network control replace the original hard-wired control mode, pay more attention to the network security in the process of network layout and avoid the electromagnetic interference. By using the orthogonal test seek the best vacuum parameter, and then the vacuum wetting plant were used in the production, the vacuum wetting result proved that optimized control system improve the wetting result and greatly reduce the energy consumption,the productivity improvement meet the production requirements. Finally, the research content of this article are summarized, and pointed out the future research direction. |
