| With the continuous development of society,people’s demand for a green ecological environment is increasing.At the same time,the country has also put forward the national policy of " the conviction that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets".However,modern science and technology greatly satisfy human activities while also causing great damage to the ecological environment.The construction of the basic design and the construction of roads and rivers destroyed the original eco-logical balance and caused many ecological problems.Therefore,how to balance the normal life of mankind and the protection of the ecological environment is an urgent problem to be solved.Plant concrete is a new type of ecoenvironmental-friendly concrete material planted on a porous concrete substrate.It can adapt to the growth of animals and plants and has a positive effect on beautifying the environment and landscape.As a typical composite material,plant concrete involves multiple disciplines including materials science,botany,ecology,etc.Its physical and mechanical properties depend on factors such as the size of the aggregate and the type of cementitious material.The vegetation growth of plant concrete needs to consider the characteristics of the vegetation itself and the nutrient materials.for vegetation growth.Now many domestic and foreign scholars have conducted extensive research on the macro-physical and mechanical parameters,meso-structure characteristics and plant growth properties of planted concrete,and have achieved many results.However,for the above research,there are still many problems that have not yet achieved good research results.For example,there is still no detailed and feasible method for calculating the mix ratio in the calculation of the plant concrete mix,and the key factors that affect the physical and mechanical characteristics of the planted concrete It has not yet been determined.In addition,there are still many doubts about the internal pores and influencing factors of planted concrete in the meso-structure.Finally,there are still doubts about the plant growth performance of the plant concrete and the optimization of vegetation and nutrient substrates.Therefore,in view of the several problems above,this thesis first analyzes the influence of the physical mechanics of plant concrete,and studies the influence of various parameters on it.Furthermore,the internal pores of plant concrete are studied from a mesoscopic point of view,and the influence of different combinations on the microstructure of planted concrete is explored.Finally,the proportion of plant concrete,the optimal vegetation and the prepared nutrient substrate were tested.The main research work and innovation results of the thesis are divided into the following three aspects:(1)The second chapter of the thesis puts forward the idea of mixing ordinary Portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement in plant-grown concrete.Based on the orthogonal test to analyze the factors affecting the physical and mechanical properties of plant concrete,the dosage of cementitious material,the size of coarse aggregate,the ratio of Sulphoaluminate cement to ordinary Portland cement(SAC:OPC)and water cement were explored.Compare the influence of four factors on strength,porosity,alkalinity and water permeability.Finally,through the orthogonal analytic hierarchy process,the planted concrete mix ratio is explored to determine the optimal mix ratio.(2)The third chapter of the thesis considers the internal porous structure of plant concrete,and conducts a meso-analysis of the main factors affecting planted concrete.Based on CT scan slices,the image processing software Image J is used to analyze the two-dimensional pore structure to explore the influence of aggregate particle size and the amount of cementing material on the pore structure;the CT slices are reconstructed to explore the aggregate particles through the image reconstruction software Avizo The diameter and the amount of cementitious material affect the porosity and water permeability.(3)Chapter 4 of the thesis investigates the growth of relevant vegetation in the natural environment of Shanxi area,selects the vegetation for growing in plant concrete,and prepares a nutrient substrate for plant growth in planted concrete through related experiments.Finally,indoor and outdoor planting experiments were carried out to verify the feasibility of optimizing vegetation and preparing nutrient substrates. |
