With the development of epoxy-cyclohexane green production processes,prepare multifunctional polyether polyol as the main raw material and the development downstream product, has broad application prospects.1,2-epoxy-cyclohexane(CHO) is an important fine chemical intermediate product,which has alicyclic six-membered ring and epoxy three-membered ring, easy to occur opening ring reactions with nucleophilic reagent, can be prepared into polyether polyol which has good application performance.In this study, epoxy cyclohexane transparent polyurethane materials were prepared by polyether polyol, which was prepared by epoxy cyclohexane as the raw material, the main work as follows.The preparation process of epoxy cyclohexane polyether polyol by single factor experiment was studied, and obtained the optimal conditions of the preparation process of epoxy cyclohexane polyether: the molar ratio of initiator and CHO was0.01:1, the molar ratio of catalyzer and CHO was 0.02:1, the reaction time was 5h, the yield was 91.4%, the average molecular weight is about 1066, and the molecular weight distribution was 1.30, the product was colorless transparent viscous liquid;obtained the optimal conditions of the preparation process of epoxy cyclohexane-tetrahydrofuran copolyether: the molar ratio of BF3·OEt2 and H2 O was1.35:1, the reaction time was 4.5h, the molar ratio of catalyzer and raw material was0.015:1, the yield was 95%, the average molecular weight is about 3490, and the molecular weight distribution was 1.05, the product was colorless transparent viscous liquid; obtained the optimal conditions of the preparation process of epoxy cyclohexane-epichlorohydrin copolyether: the molar ratio of initiator and raw material was 0.01:1, the reaction time was 6h, the molar ratio of catalyzer and raw material was 0.015:1, the yield was 97.89%, the average molecular weight is about2473, and the molecular weight distribution was 1.03, the product was light yellow transparent viscous liquid.Series of epoxy alkyl cyclohexyl macromonomer was prepared by the above-mentionedpolyether polyols, isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) and methacrylate-β-hydroxy ethyl(HEMA) as major raw material, and obtained better results when the mass fraction of catalest was 0.2%, the temperature of the first reaction was 50 min at90℃, the temperature of the second reaction was 40 min at 75℃.Series of novel of transparent epoxy alkyl cyclohexyl monomer polymer materials were prepared by azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator, the mass fraction of initiator was 1%, the polymer material has high transparency which reached more than 90%. To the system of epoxy cycloheane-tetrahydrofuran copolyether, for example, its hardness reached more than 80, and a tensile strength reached 11 MPa, impact strength reached 2.4 kJ / m2, the heat distortion temperature reached more than 79℃.
