Garbage is landfill leachate secondary pollutants, whose nature is complex, difficult to deal with. Separate commonly used today for waste leachate treatment, combined treatment and injection. In merging processing, generally adopts the pipeline leachate to sewage treatment plant. Because of its particularity, transport liquid transport leachate pipe is easy to produce serious corrosion and scaling, etc., cause damage to the pipeline, serious when produce tube or leakage accident, cause the leachate into the surrounding environment, pollution of groundwater, surface water and soil. In a separate processing, processing and injection in the landfill leachate pipe transport also has the same problems. Therefore, choose a corrosion resistance, unfavorable scale features such as pipe material, safety in production is of great significance for the landfill.In MADM, the inaccuracy of the data and variability often brought great difficulties to decision makers, so this paper adopts the theory of utility function (MAUT), and the relational model of multiple attribute decision making method, respectively, through two different kinds of multiple attribute decision making method combined with the instance analysis, makes the result more accurate. Based on the analysis of the theory of utility function, the first building material selection model, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine weights make decision results more feasible. Combined with fusion operator and the combination of weight vector is calculated for each scheme attribute values, and then get the utility value of each scheme, finally compare the utility value to prioritize or optimization scheme. In multiple attribute decision making method based on the relational model analysis, first of all, proposed the theory of matrix of Vague set for Vague set in the relational model of multiple attribute decision making theory is widely used in the preparation, then set a threshold value for the attributes of, by comparing their attribute values, find out their support attribute sets and attribute sets, neutral attribute set, before according to the method to determine the attribute weights, tectonic Vague values of each scheme to get each of these ratings, according to the grading scheme for sorting.In this paper, on the basis of the theory of multiple attribute decision making, selection of chengdu changan landfill leachate transport pipeline material selection as a case study, from five kinds of common pipe material:PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and PE (polyethylene), PPR (random copolymerization polypropylene), carbon steel and copper. The evaluation results, the material selection for the PPR, PE; The secondary material for PVC, carbon steel; Carrier material for copper. Found in the field research, changan landfill use is the PE pipeline operation, this is consistent with the evaluation results, proves the reliability of this method.
