Study On A New Synthetic Method Of Benzophosphole

Under Pd(II)/CuI cocatalysis, cycloreaction between triarylphospine and adjacent C≡C bond via P-C cleavage synthesize benzophosphole in refluxed toluene. The new synthetic method is not only starting materials available and simple steps, but also atom-economic. The newly developed method provides an unprecedented route to synthesize benzophosphole.
