| In this thesis, we described two types of atom economic reactions: transition metal catalyzed C-N coupling reaction and C-C coupling reaction.1.Cerium(Ⅳ) ammonium nitrate(CAN) catalyzed aza-Michael addition of amines to a,β-unsaturated electrophilesAfter we examined the reaction conditions such as the quantity of catalyst, reaction temperature and solvent. We found the reaction of amines (1.5 mmol) and a, 3-unsaturated electrophiles (1.0 mmol) proceeded well in the presence of 10 mol% CAN at 60℃. And the corresponding products were obtained in good to excellent yields. The further research revealed that the efficiency of this reaction could be improved dramatically with the ultrasound irradiation.2.FeCl3 catalyzed addition of activated methylenes to styrene derivatives under airA simple and efficient FeCl3-catalyzed addition of theα-C-H bond of 1, 3-dicarbonyl compounds to styrenes were developed, FeCl3 shows high catalytic activity. Under optimized conditions, good to excellent yields were obtained. In conclusion, we have developed two environment friendly catalyst systems for atom economic transformation of N-H and C-H bond. |
