Base on treatment technology of Micro-pressure Inner-Loop Bioreactor,The micro-pressure double circulation reactor was constructed by combining the Micro-pressure Inner-Loop Bioreactor.Through creating a multi-flow to prolong the bubble residence time and then to improve the dissolved oxygen transfer efficiency.To achieve different oxygen area within the same reactor coexistence and removal of the organic substance,nitrogen and phosphorus at the same time.This paper is based on lab test results of micro-pressure double circulation reactor,in order to further investigate the bioreactor dealing with the actual domestic wastewater efficiency,A pilot-study was established at a municipal sewage treatment plant in Chang chun.After the pilot plant successfully started and stable operating,were carried on to treat domestic sewage at high-concentration organic wastewater with high suspended solids and low temperature,low carbon to nitrogen ratio sewage.The results were presented as followed:(1)The experiment was adopt active sludge in the municipal sewage treatment plant as inoculated sludge.After 7 days,the average effluent COD?TN was26mg/L,12.17mg/L,MLSS was about 4000mg/L,the pilot plant was started successfully.(2)At the stable operation phase,the influent flow is 8m~3/h,aeration rate is40m~3/h,HRT is 12h,the sludge reflux ratio is 100%.The MLSS was maintains between6500mg/L and 8500mg/L.Average effluent COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus concentrations were 18.76mg/L,0.81mg/L,10.4mg/L,and 0.09mg/L.The effluent average value of pollutant had reached A level of discharge standard of pollutants for municipal sewage treatment plant.(3)Treat high-concentration organic wastewater with high suspended solids.The shock resistance of wastewater on micro-pressure double circulation reactor was further investigated.The results were presented as followed:The COD of the effluent was in the range of 14.81~48.57mg/L while at 126.5~1940mg/L in the influent(organic loading between 0.04 and 0.55kgCOD/(kg MLSSˇd)),At the process,the total nitrogen concentration was 7mg/L in the effluent while at 16.3~225.4mg/L in the influent.The total phosphorus concentration was 0.1mg/L while at 0.47~32.6 mg/L in the influent.This indicated that the micro-pressure double circulation reactor has well shock resistance and fine denitrification and phosphorus removal effect under high organic load.(4)Under the condition of average temperature of 8.7?and average carbon-to-nitrogen radio of 5.0.The micro-pressure double circulation reactor achieves different oxygen area within the same reactor coexistence,improved the ability of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification.Using the influent organic matter directly as a denitrification carbon source,effectively solve the problem of low nitrogen removal efficiency due to insufficient carbon source.At low temperatures,the higher sludge concentration ensures adequate biomass and compensates for the effect of low temperature on microbial activity.Average effluent COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus concentrations were 31.7mg/L,4.79mg/L,9.1 mg/L and0.19mg/L.The effluent average value of pollutant had reached A level of discharge standard of pollutants for municipal sewage treatment plant.
