Urban sewage treatment has become a major social concern. Water is the source of life, natural water supply alone can not meet the rapid urban development which has brought demand for water, collected and treated sewage into rivers as a secondary water source is consistent with national sustainable development strategies, although this Block works throughout the world, and the structure is simple and easy construction, but has yet to correctly understand the hidden economic benefits and discuss it. As a project, it is a practice and economic build two important foci of that. The sewage treatment plants in the structure of any one selected design will bring a different effect, and a sewage treatment plant in its center of gravity is part of the biochemical pool, the traditional biochemical pool nothing more than these like oxidation ditch, A2O process, and CASS process, a lot of research is currently being carried out are the biochemical pool and secondary clarifier jointly built one pool, this study does bring a certain extent its unique economic benefits, but some biochemical pool has canceled reflux which within the sludge can be studied, on the grounds that the sludge reflux difficult to control, it is difficult to control because of its huge economic benefits while hiding. Sludge reflux, biochemical pool of a process, after appropriate adjustments can make the whole process low-power and high-yield, therefore, carry out research to explore within the sludge has a strong theoretical and engineering application intent.Biochemical pool contains two sludge recycle:sludge reflux and sludge external reflux, sludge external reflux due to it is outside the sludge in two different structures carried out, whether got through the pump or referring to one set of the pool will directly sent sludge to biochemical pool, we want to increase the economic benefit that is more optimized sludge recycle ratio, thereby reducing the biochemical pool area, improve water quality, but one set of the pool can not change the reflux ratio, if lift pump to increase the reflux ratio will need to increase the power, which in turn violated the economic benefits of the cost and operating cost of the pump. Sludge reflux is reflux muddy mixture water from aerobic zone to the anoxic zone in biochemical pool, sludge return within a structure that can be performed out through technological improvements, that can receive the true sense of the economic benefits. In this paper, chose the literature survey, design calculations, and method of case studies, as well as ensure the scientific research, regulatory and practical, this paper collected a large number of documents, the development of domestic and foreign analysis, within the sludge reflux research is divided into three parts:Part One:On the traditional reflux sludge facilities, particularly to the pump technology;Part Two:A new type of reflux sludge lifting device-push air mention, analog design calculation methods reasonable and explore its application in synchronizing nitrogen and phosphorus removal;Part Three:Combined with the specific water quality and water works, performed using this technology sewage treatment plant process design, analysis and explore the use of conventional energy consumption of the pump and the technology.This paper presents a method by computer simulation design and calculation of air mention thruster carried out to explore the device in Nutrient Removal practicality, biochemical pool and sludge within a specific boundary conditions of water quality and water sewage treatment plant reflux parts, using traditional lifting pump and air lift push technology, to analyze the superiority of this new sludge reflux device.
