Determination Of 8 Harmful Metal Elements In Health Food By ICP-MS

With the improvement of living standards,people are rocus on preserving their health,especially the health food as traditional dietetic therapy. However, the method for the determination of heany metals elements of health food are still AAS and AFS.The determination of 8 harmful metal elements in health food was established by ICP-MS.This method is accurate and rapid for determination and study of harmful metal elements contents in health food.And in 2013 country risk monitoring sampling of 235 batches of health food samples in Fujian province were analyzed. Has important significance for the monitoring of harmful metal elements of health food in China, the main research content is as follows:(1) The determination of 8 kinds of harmful metal elements was established by microwave digestion combined with ICP-MS in health food.The linearities of Pb As Cd Cr Be T1 Ag are 0.05～2.00mg/kg,the linearities of Hg is 0.005～2.000mg/kg,and the correlation are 0.996～1.OOO.The average recoveries in three sample at two levels are in the range of 87.8%～106.3%.(2) Through the method of establishing the uncertainty analysis,found that the uncertainty mainly associated with the operation skill of experiment operator.Other aspects of the uncertainty of the contribution of small and there will be no change in the same measurement conditions.Only by cinstantly improve the level of operating personnel’s detection and proficiency,in order to reduce uncertainty of operating personnel.(3) The country risk monitoring task of Fujian province in the 235 batches of health food were detected. Results:beryllium, TL and Ag in the health food less content, as detection index, lead, arsenic, mercury, as a routine testing indicators, most of the products can better control of lead, arsenic, mercury content, chromium and cadmium as a blind spot detection, content is higher, especially American ginseng as raw materials of the capsule, tea agent content on the high side, it is recommended manufacturers of raw material incoming inspection, suggested that the chromium, cadmium is listed as a routine examination of health food is obtained.
